Severe dopaminergic pathways damage in a case of chronic toluene abuse
Clinical and neuroradiological findings and the possible sensitivity to neuroleptics indicate dopaminergic impairment. Our case suggests that chronic toluene abuse causes presynaptic dopaminergic depletion. (Source: Clinical Neurology and Neurosurgery)Click here.
