Thioredoxin-interacting protein (txnip) is a feedback regulator of s-nitrosylation

Summary: Researh findings reveal that denitrosylation of proteins is dynamically regulated, establish a physiological role for thioredoxin in protection from nitrosative stress, and suggest new approaches to manipulate cellular -nitrosylation.
