Homocysteine impairs coronary artery endothelial function by inhibiting tetrahydrobiopterin in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia.

Hmm...seems like this is right in line with why some therapies for MCS and autism.  Note: Nrf2 is involved with maintaining coupling of NO and BH4.
