Effects of phytoestrogen genistein on genioglossus function and oestrogen receptors expression in ovariectomized rats
Genistein is a phytoestrogen that is in soy and strawberries. Past studies have shown it increases NO availability and helps to relieve neuropathic pain. This new study shows that it may reduce muscle fatigue in ovariectomized animals.
